Due to the delicate nature of 100% pure and natural products, we are unable to accept product returns, for refund or credit, of any purchase, unless the product was damaged in shipment, or you received a different product than what was ordered.  For any such return, prior authorization from Affusion Skin Care is required.

Our Introductory Skin Care set includes a 30-day sample supply of our most popular products -- we encourage new customers to try this set to evaluate the products. Once you have experienced the therapeutic benefits of the products selected, you can then purchase the regular sized products with confidence.

Should you receive an incorrect item, or one that has been damaged in transit, please contact our offices within (2) business days to receive authorization to return the product for replacement. Any returns sent to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted and will be refused. The incorrect or damaged item must be returned in the same packaging and include the original packing invoice. Replacement or refund (less applicable shipping charges) will be offered at our discretion.
