Return Policy
All sales are final. If your product was damaged during
delivery or is found to be defective, you may send it back,
with receipt, within 10 days for exchange. Shipping &
handling charges are not refundable. Please call customer
service before returning any item.
Earn an extra 10% off orders of
$150 or more.
When checking out you must enter the code "JMO" in the
coupon area on the payment page of checking out, otherwise
the 10% will not be deducted.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.375% is applied to orders delivered within
the state of New York.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1 business day.
Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or APO
boxes.
We now offer free UPS ground
shipping for all orders.
And we offer 3-Day Select, 2-Day and Overnight deliveries at
normal UPS rates. These rates are shown during checkout.
Rates and delivery timetables are based on shipment from our
fulfillment center in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Problems Ordering
If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is
probably because you can't connect securely to our server.
As a test, try going to
https://www.microsoft.com.
If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then:
- You either have a very old browser, in which case you
should upgrade, or
- You are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow
secure connections. Ask your network administrator to fix
it, or order from home.
If you can not add more than one
product to your cart, then your "cookies" may be enabled.
Enable "cookies" through the Preferences panel in your
browser. You may have to restart your browser before
this change takes effect.
